Whole Design was launched In 1998 with the goal was to find out what motivated people, with the right tools could accomplish.

Project Management

Benchmarking, Design for Validation, DVP&R, DFEMA, DFM/DFA, CAE/FEA, VA/VE, GD&T, Quality, Inspection Reports.  These are just  a few of the steps and processes involved in the development of a product.   We can help organize and guide you through this alphabet soup, and get you to the manufactured product you want.

Product Design and Development

Creating 3D solid models and assemblies is our core business.  We also provide fully detailed associated prints.  Whether is from a napkin sketch, or reverse engineered from a finished manufactured part, we can provide you native Onshape or CREO data, or any common exchange data formats.

Photo Realistic Renderings and Animations

Realistic product visuals are invaluable.  Seeing the model in proper lighting with finished textures and colors will allow you make critical design choices much earlier in the process than otherwise.  Images and animations can be used in numerous ways, from pre-launch marketing to service videos, all prior to having physical parts produced.  By discussing these needs upfront, we are able integrate these deliverables right in to the design process.

Prototyping

Seeing your product on the screen only goes so far.  Even with all the on screen simulation and visualizing we can do these days, there is still need for physical prototypes.  We can help you understanding which materials to use and appropriately prepare the 3D data.  Then we can leverage our extensive network of suppliers to get you the prototype that best fit your needs and price point.
